A phrase originating from this post. Usually a feral animal asking another character or the viewer if they've had their dick sucked by whatever species they are.

The usual formula goes along the lines of "Hey kid, ever had ya dick sucked by a X?", but a similar meme instead uses another format that reads more like "What's wrong, big boy? Never had your cock sucked by a X before?" (third thumbnail). Both of these wordings are similar enough that they're currently counted under the same tag, as well as images with other such alternatives to the phrase.
