Topic: e6ai Themed Event - Balance

Posted under General

🎉 It's time for another themed event! 🎉

It's finally time, and we're incredibly excited to see what you come up with for this one! We saw some absolutely amazing entries for the meme-contest back in february, and we loved the excitement we saw for the event, so we hope you'll all join us again for this one. Without further ado, let's reveal the theme...

Balance

Whether it's harmony and chaos, light and darkness, strength and vulnerability, nature and technology, or something entirely your own, we want to see your interpretation. The theme is intentionally broad, so let your creativity guide you!

How it works

• Create and submit a post and tag it with balance_2026.
• You can interpret “balance” however you like. Have fun with it!
• NSFW content is allowed (as long as it follows e6ai's usual uploading guidelines)
• You may submit as many entries as you want.
• Submissions must be posted by 31-08-2026.

Winners

Winners will receive a fabled green mark on their profile next to their name, forever commemorating their achievement as one of the winners of the 2026 Balance contest for all to see. They'll also get an exclusive event role on the Discord server.

Winners will be chosen based on two criteria: half will be chosen based on the amount of faves, the other half will be picked by staff. To avoid bias, staff entries can only win through fave quantity.

In order to combat fave bias, entries are split into two categories: NSFW (Explicit + Questionable) and SFW (Safe). Each category will have fave-based winners and staff picks for a total of 4 winners.

That's all there is to it! Get thinking about your creations early: the sooner you upload, the longer your entry has to gather faves!

Have fun!

Damn. I have a few pictures that would fit, but they have already been uploaded here. I guess only new pictures count?

Only new uploads will count unfortunately, since half of the winners are picked through faves. You could always repurpose your idea into a new gen though 👀

Is it allowed to request a takedown of an existing post and to reupload the same picture, effectively resetting the fave count just for the sake of enrolling into the contest? I have released my project approximately 1.5 days ahead of the announcement of contest, and it has gained some smol numbers, though they were already surpassed by newer submissions.

ngl this idea makes me think that by doing so I will receive even less faves because people have already voted for this image in the past. What a conundrum...

I mean technically that'd be alright, yes. Feel free to DMail me (or anyone else on staff) if you decide to delete and repost the image, rather than issue a takedown, as that makes it a bit easier for you reupload.

Hey! Could you clarify what exactly is being counted? Or points? Or stars?

Hiya! Half (two) of the winners are determined by the amount of favourites they get. So the top favourited SFW (safe rating) and NSFW (questionable and explicit rating) posts snag a win! The other half gets picked by staff.

Forgive my stupidity. But are "likes" up arrows or stars?

No you're good! There's the score (the up and down arrows) and favourites (stars). Winners are determined by the latter :)

Okay, thanks!
Now it's clearer x3
