have been deleted last month even tho they're 7 month old and already got approved by another janitor.

I get that there's a vague rule about younger looking characters but when the very same janitor approve things that are, imo "worse" (like adult on children) it's a bit frustrating.
Looking back at these posts you could even remove the "young" tag and they would pass as "petite" women...

He means that it should've been deleted from the start. The recent strictening of the rules in regards to underage characters in questionable/explicit situations leaves no compromises, so anything (even old approved posts) that appear to have them, will be nuked relentlessly

the tag being there or not would change nothing
if looks young or is canonically young(depending on the character)
it shall be deleted

Just because a post was previously approved in the past by another janitor doesn't necessarily mean it can't still be deleted. It was simply overlooked, and due to recently made changes in regards to young content. It'll likely be deleted regardless. Exam: I had a few uploads of mine approved by someone else and a few weeks later was deleted. It happens.

For future reference can you help me point out what exactly look young about them? the lack of breasts or do you just get "the feeling"?

Older posts are "grandfathered" meaning they won't be removed even if they contain anatomical or other issues.
However, images still need to abide by the allowed content rules, so young looking characters in suggestive or sexual depictions will be removed, regardless of age, per current policy.

Honestly I can't be bothered anymore on that subject, the older post thing is clear and I completely understand it was more like "it's weird that this got found again and re-reviewed" so I felt like precising that it was pretty old, but I still don't know what's considered OBJECTIVELY looking underage and I guess I'll just give bigger boobs to all my characters (cuz small chests and petite frames OBVIOUSLY don't exist),

barely done anything aside from porting e621 wikis to here while providing thumbnails, adding extra tags to certain posts i like, doing burs(coping hard to an admin to approve them) and answering forums

Any reason why rules regarding young characters here are much more strict than on e621?
For those who don't know - on e621 explicit underage content isn't forbidden, but it is blacklisted for everyone by default and you can't see it until you log in and change the settings.

Not nessesarily, a few months ago on e621 any post with young human-like creatures was purged from the site. You never know if they won't need to nuke furry young content in the foreseeable future as well. Especially with the AI frenzy still going on (it might be more severe once local AI video generation becomes as good as AI images are now) e6ai simply did this in advance in the whole young content spectrum.
I admit, that it annoys me that some of my posts with size difference get nuked for supposed young-content but it's still better for me than the alternatives

I can understand this when it comes to young characters resembling humans (more or less), but doing the same even to totally fictional characters like feral Pokemons? That doesn't make sense to me.

Tell the payment processing corpos to fuck off then. It's their fault that Gumroad had to nuke all NSFW content of the site (same with Furaffinity and cub content), so nowadays every big-enough independent content hosting site that has any nsfw young content, could theoretically get shutdown very quickly if only a handfull of idiots bot-spam reported them to these payment processors. (renting servers ain't free y'know espacially if you risk the discounts from befriended 3rd party companies).
It is ridiculous that small fictional charaters count as young by appearance, but try explaining that to the boomers in charge of these companies that barely even use a smartphone
