Its disappointing seeing good posts being deleted. I understand what comes with that can of worms but I feel like this place is small enough as of right now that i can be properly managed/contained. As long as it was given stricter posting guidelines e.g. not realistic, no human / furry content only.

It's against the rules currently. One problem is that the rules are in two places:
- Underage Characters: Any submissions containing underage characters in explicit situations
- Visual appearance or canonical age both count for this
Child pornography: Any photograph, drawing or movie that depicts children, real or fictional, in a sexual manner. This includes nudity, explicit sex, and implied sex.
The TOS make it more clear that they have to go.

You should have read the rules more carefully before you decided to break them.
If you want the rule to change or appeal the deletions, talk to an admin. I already DMailed one of them. Maybe they can shed some light on why the rule was added.

Tobe clear i'm referring to the actually good posts e.g like the ones PsyAi posted. I don't care about my post, it wasn't even the right image anyways.
im intrigued as to what they will say.
Also Is this place like an official offshoot from e6 for ai or more of personal effort by someone
Frankly, I just don't understand why e6ai is different from e621 in this regard. Seems like an arbitrary rule change.
e621 allows even human loli/shota content, including humanized MLP girls, characters like Lilo, 3D animations of humans with animals. All this is infinitely more questionable than typical cub porn like on InkBunny.

What make e6ai different?
I haven't been told the reason, but my guess is that it is to avoid legal complications that could be caused by image models that are trained on actual child pornography. Even if 100% of those posts come from models trained only on furry drawings, the risk remains.
The legal battles involving AI art are just starting. For all we know this site will have to shut down within a few years if the copyright battles play out a certain way.

To be fair Lance, in the upload wizard, it invites you to use tags like young and cub as in they're allowed and there his quite a bit of cub here already, mainly girls.
