Could you provide the complete prompt used?
I wanted to make this image with other characters for my own use.

    Thanks!
You most likely can get it just by prompting and re-rolling, but I did it the hard way 😅
Background is made on Flux with some random sci-fi bladerunner-ish nonsense prompt, then I sketched walls and windows for inpainting on the same model because it sometimes struggle with pitch black stuff. Then I've generated sitting Shadow separately, used fill tool to make her completely black and then copy pasted her on the background to inpaint with 'silhouette' tag and some additional details like tears.

î will always cheer for more Pangolins, more pangolin awareness in general and i am a very proud member of this (currently still) tragically tiny tag group! ⸜(。˃ ᵕ ˂)⸝♡

Had a question . I always wonder what artists use to get all that
Particular style of lighting and reflection just like that. My generator never makes it look like that on the simpler modes

hmmm... i wouldn't know how to give any ONE specific "answer" to that question, starting with the most obvious which model family and checkpoint you choose and then how you construct your base prompt and how you weight your tags, after that the second biggest influence is definitely which LoRa's you add (and at which step of working on a gen)

for some model families there are also specific "detailer LoRa's" you can add, but those can sometimes get tricky, if you ONLY work with raw base gens, because as a rule of thumb you should only use concept and character LoRa's during TXT2IMG (aka your "base gen step") and then add style LoRa's during a subsequent IMG2IMG (aka "repass step")

then you can add a lot much finer detail if you use an upscaling step as part of your workflow

and if you want to put in EVEN MORE time and effort, the sky's technically the limit, if you invest that time and effort into an inpainting process, where you can really drill down as small and deep as you want for ever smaller added detail

but it really all starts at the beginning, like how certain model families are simply better or worse suited for stuff like creating certain levels of either more glossy or more fluffy characters, or more complex shading and texture detail, or more flat shading with more homogeneous surfaces...

tl;dr NEVER stop experimenting your heart out with new model and LoRa combinations! <3

Do you used Krita? If yes, which Model/Lora?

the base gen, upscaling, and some inpainting was all done through ComfyUI using HassakuXL (checkpoint 2.2 at the time), with a few clean-up passes done through Photoshop between steps and a final color grading pass through Lightroom

i often wish i would someday sit down and actually bother learning how to properly use Krita, but i just have waaaay too many years of muscle memory using Photoshop, so i'll often have to move the same iteration of a gen between ComfyUI for inpainting and back to Photoshop for more clean-up, which could be done much more efficiently if i used Krita instead, which is really just a dedicated mashup of PS with an inpainting workflow built in ^^"

Pangolin tongues can be longer than their bodies.
A pangolin’s tongue is so long it actually attaches near the pelvis and coils inside their chest cavity when not in use.

Something like that in Midria? That would be a sight to behold! <3

Damn... you know I kinda forgot about the whole tongue thing tbh. I guess I'm not the only one though - browsing the page 1 pangolin images on e621 ordered by score - so the top 250 - I only saw 2 images that played into the long tongue.

On the spectrum of difference between the natural/feral form vs anthro, I'd say pangolins are one of the more extreme examples of requiring a lot more anthro'fication liberties to "make it work", lol. Without the very-long muzzle shaping, I'm having a harder time imagining the whole tongue thing looking very natural. But something to keep in mind for later, yeah.
