Much better tools out there since months. no need to rely on artifact riddled inferior SD anymore.
Especially for photorealism SD is awful. Somehow ppl kiss its ass tho idk why

So which tool do you specifically recommend to fully replace SDXL?

You are right that SDXL is absolute legacy technology at this point. (clip, 4-channel VAE…)
And yes, there are models that perform way better, especially for photo-realism (Flux, Qwen, ZiT). And also a few censored closed source models.
But the thing is: None of them can fully replace SDXL for furry.

The closest thing to SDXL would be Chroma Flux by Lodestone. But the model is very slow to run on mid-class GPU and hard to use (requires special prompting style and/or special workflows). If you use it wrong, you can easily get worse results than with SDXL. Making it unattractive for most users.
Qwen? Great model, but too big for the community to do a full finetune into a real furry model.
ZiT? Very promising. But it is distilled, community is waiting for the real base model.

So SDXL still has it’s place in my workflows despite it’s downsides. I’m not married to any model architecture, I can use different models for different stages of the workflow and utilize their strengths.

And for users who don’t want to use different architectures in their workflows, SDXL-based models like NoobAI will still be the way to go for a while.

Maybe downvotes are your candy, but you probably could have avoided them by writing a description more like... "Hey, check out this (tool/model/workflow) I'm using. It's giving me great results, better that what I get with stable diffusion"

Nice job with this whigwham! The expression turned out fantastic. Details like the covered nipples and the panties in her pussy are a nice touch. And the dialog adds a lot of personality, especially with the way you did the NOW! Can I ask how you added the text?

Thanks, text was done with Krita text box tool and a special font, nothing too special. it works like most other work processors where you can select specific test and change size/font/color ect.
specifically i used this font 'cause i liked the drippy look.
i'm using a windows machine so it installs easy and you can select it like any other font, not sure how MAC or Linux work.

    Context, please?

The down-voted mlp stuff around it. To each their own of course.

The unknown director tag makes it hard for many to blacklist images so instead they down-vote them to show that they don't agreed with the images. It's common on any place you can vote and post as anonymous

Good job with this one saturnvsmars! It's nice to see gen with multiple poses and dialog like this. And Spyro turned out nice here! Is this two different gens edited together or did you gen this as a 2koma?

    Thanks!
Originally, this was a single image. But if I want to generate things in the same position, I can just glue together a rough dummy and run it through img2img. That way, I can get as many similar, correctly structured images as I want.

    1. I use **2koma** very often, but not in this case.
    2. There are also **lineup**, **comic**, and **multiple view** tags — they can help produce something decent.

In this particular case, I used a simple prompt: **(standing and sitting:1.4)** and **(before and after:1.6)**, and that was enough to get the correct composition about 50% of the time on the nova furry model.
