    Hearth shaped pupils is an artist creativity freedom detail.     Fictional animals inspired by the looks of real animals. Clearly this pokemon is inspired by some real animals of the canidae family.

    The point of half the feral NSFW is to make them look feral. A human uterus being depicted in 100% of ferals NSFW is clearly an accidental mistake from some of the artists not thinking about that detail when making their art.

    I made that comment because maybe artist are not thinking about this detail when they make their art, thus, I'm leaving that info publicly so maybe, they become aware of that detail and they may chose to use a canine uterus instead of a human uterus for canines.
