    My issue.. her right hoof is twisted counter clockwise (her perspective) abnormal.

    Well, she's both. If you look at IRL gravid reptiles they do look just kinda fat.

    I didn't want to have a typical 'round mammal belly' look because eggs should have a different mass to them that would spread out more. I think not having an exposed navel makes it a lot different to the eye as well.

    If this character wasn't eggnant she would still be pretty heavy set, which is what I was going for anyways.

    I just had (internal) in the prompt, the original only had the knot in the x-ray I inpainted the area and got that after a few tries.
