    Nothing too special. With local Stable diffusion installation (with any WebUI) you can select any aspect ratio you want. It depends on the model how it will be able to fill it though. In this case it's CompassMix XL model based on SeaArt.
    As for hands - usually this requires some manual fixes and soft inpaint afterwards, but less complex hand placement can be just generated.

    Does this director use a custom model or something? I've never seen anything like this at this aspect ratio. And the hands are just perfect. What's the secret?

    I just use the basic free version there and its ok.
