    However, how do you define freedom of speech?
    By some metrics, the USA has the most, and others, ranks 64th (although it may be conflated with freedom of expression?)
    I see some say it’s that it’s not a granted, rather that it’s inherent? I’m not familiar but it sounds interesting!
