    Soggy cookies can be great.That one cookie falls to the bottom and soaks in the milk. You get down there and it just gushes cookie milk into your mouth. Great stuff.

    Hmm. 40 seconds at 832x832 shouldn't be over 100 MB, unless you encoded it with some hugely wasteful settings.

    I'd advise you to re-encode your best version in HandBrake, which is great at preserving quality.
    Set it to the Slow encoder preset, with Animation tune, Multi-pass Encoding turned on, Decomb filter off (or bits will look interlaced) and an average bitrate of 10 to 12 mb/s, which is already more than what this needs with this resolution and lack of fast movement.
