But how does she have a picture, of the picture we're looking at??

And a picture of the picture within it!

No, it's not quite Mila but she is cute and quite good in her own right!

Oh come on! That watermark is just TOO intrusive right there. (I only complain because I love it.)

Ah yes, the completely debunked myth that people refuse to let die. Yeah, there are similarities. No, it was not a copy, a ripoff, or anything like what this poster claims.

In 1994, Takayuki Matsutani, the president of Osamu Tezuka’s production company Tezuka Productions, said:

Quite a few staff of our company saw a preview of “The Lion King,” discussed this subject and came to the conclusion that you cannot avoid having these similarities as long as you use animals as characters and try to draw images out of them.

Quote is from Huffpost but I've seen it other places too, that was just the easiest to find with a search.

What about the male fox not having a tail at all? Lol

I didn’t even notice that fox tail on the horse until people pointed it out in the comments. And as for the male fox… let’s just imagine that his tail hangs to the right, i.e. behind his body :)

Wow, super picture—awesome! Is it possible to get this in the "mega" form too? Only if you can, of course. ^^

Only OG’s remember when dithering like this was necessary for systems limited to 16-bit color, limited space to store images, or limited bandwidth to load them (think 56kbps or less). This would look so silky smooth on a CRT.

So you used Photoshop to stitch them together in post-production?

You can do that or blob them in with any art program (ms paint is enough) and a couple of moderate-denoise inpaints to preserve a pose/composition. I mostly do the latter, but either way the last step is a soft inpainting pass to minimize stitches/halos. If you need anything else feel free to pm me.

Honestly the redesign makes way more sense for the character description than the original design. Pretty girls who have time to groom and care for their appearance don’t work as solo mercenaries sleeping in the cockpit of their ships for whom more than basic hygiene is a luxury.
