    Hello. I've never used online services, so I can't advise you on that. But at least locally, you control all the settings and nodes, loras, models, etc. yourself. When something new comes out, you download the new nodes for comfyui, connect them, and use them. The disadvantages of local generation are the cost of electricity and hardware for your computer.

    Some behind-the-scenes, the reason I've done this composition so many times now is because it's my benchmark when I'm trying out something new. Bears in particular have so much bias on what the AI wants, I like trying to do this scene as a test, to see if it'll actually listen. And secondarily, if it can actually get the anatomy and size difference right.

    This was originally testing manticore, but I'm afraid I'd have to give it a failing grade (tho tbh probably the best I've seen for SDXL, but still can't quite get it perfect edit: upon further testing I think I'd still give the win to 3wolf). The finished, posted version above is using nano banana instead, and then detailed and finished in manticore, at least.

    These are all well done Loren! Really like the grid presentation here, it shows them off well and the comparison between them is appealing too so being able to see them all at once instead of across 9 separate gens is nice.
