    I think it would be a unique experience to have an electric type to express its feelings through electrical signals which can travel direct to the nerves.

    Electric type pokemon can communicate using electric attacks. Ref: Pokémon the Movie 2000: The Power of One - Pikachu and Zapdos communicate using electrical attacks, with Meowth translating the conversation.

    Electrical shocks can be gentle, pleasurable and can go beyond mechanical sensations. - speaking as an electrostimulation hobbyist.

    There is a 'Prompt' button under the image on this page that will show a non-pretty output of the metadata.
