"Related" is an invalid tag, as this usually referred to characters that were related to each other, but this is almost always against Tag What You See guidelines. Instead, there are tags for these within the Lore category that bypass these guidelines. You can find a list of Lore tags concerning character relations at tag_group:character_relations.
