An apode, split form creature with the bottom half of a snake. The top half, while traditionally humanoid, can be any anthro non-snake species (an all-snake lamia would just be a naga, as it would not be split-form).
Note that both "naga" and "lamia" have served to designate a wide variety of somewhat snake-like creatures in various fantasy universes, regardless of the etymology. While the definition given to those two words for tagging purposes is essentually a...
