Neon lights series, pic 3 out of 5..?
I've tried many experimental techniques for this project such as colortone-correcting brushes and gradual upscaling. This pic is reassembled from multiple layers (background, foreground, lighting, shadows). Done in 4k resolution as usual expect it's much wider than usual.

3. Midgard [THL] Hybrid V1.3 BF16(Photorealistic)
4. CyberMFCG (seems to be wiped from Civitai)
