This is an old generation (the end of August), which I managed to forget about during a long break from working with AI, but today this pony in a diaper came into my field of vision again, and I decided that it was worthy of publication.
Nothing special or unique - just a pony from a centre of thorough permanent* care, forced to wear a diaper, a pacifier gag and thick, soft booties. The protrusion at the front, which looks like a human shoe, is actually an additional soft pad.
*Permanent does not imply lifelong isolation in the center, which means that ponies can stay there for as long as they want, waiting for someone who will shelter them, take care of them.
And of course, I do not know, why did he climb on this table, but the raised tail and slightly spread legs may indicate that he is asking to check his diaper, and hints at a change. However, judging by the appearance, the pony will have to be patient for now - the diaper looks almost new, and no one will rush to change it ahead of time. However, they definitely do not save on powder and ointments here.
