I dont think you have to work around it. i also have many issues with great images not being accepted despite converting the original image to different file types. prompt-wise, it doesnt deny any explicit phrases/words afaik.

it's against their TOS: they specifically say you cannot "promote sexually explicit material" or generate "obscene" or "pornographic" material. in other words, if you come to their attention they'll very likely terminate your account so i wouldn't recommend loading it up with credits or stuff like that.
