Yeah sadly with the model I used getting high quality eyes was nearly impossible I had to try and manually fix them :(

Not sure how it works with Photoshop, but I myself use Krita with it's SD plugin, which allows me to easily regenerate specific parts of the image with the usage of any lora for SD1.5 and SDXL.
For example a dirty 30sec fix for those eyes could looke something like this
Using appropriate loras would yeld better result obviously

I kinda like it. Makes her look a little crazy in a stylized way, like maybe she's in heat and jumped this stranger out of nowhere, in public, no shits given, and won't let him go until she's satisfied.
Also clothing aside/lift doesn't get enough love. Very hot and adds to the scenario.
