Its with great satisfaction that I send this message to you, dear pioneers of our future. When we sent you forth to a new Terra like planet 6 years ago to try to hopefully secure a new home for this planet dying from our stupidity, we knew nothing then how it would work out, but it has.

As we and especially all anthros and humans on Rigel 3 know, The genetic experimentation in 2031 that contaminated Terras gene pool that dropped females of all species being born to 0.01 percent.

We Were Doomed.

While you brave men have been terraforming the planet into a livable planet for us all, we have been working on a plan to help you, we owe you.

Good news is we have came to grips with the reproduction issues, and female live births for all species is finally on the positive side.

The downside to that is we cannot yet supply females to the colony, and we understand your frustration. A companion we know would be a welcome addition to the trials and hard work and a morale boost like no other.

So, we have developed an interim stopgap to provide you with companionship for now.

As you know, genetic manipulation for obvious reasons is now banned, but natural methods are allowed.

We sent out feelers to find volunteers to undergo a natural and organic transformation to come as close to a partner as we could, and we think we succeeded.

Over the next while, you will get sporadic communications and photos of the Companions, and further explain how this works.

WE are already on a transport to Rigel 3 and will be there in 9 months.

With that, here is a photo of me, I am a female but as their Dr, I will be accompanying them there and see to their care.
