“A regular workout before bed is a great way to help your mind and body relax, and to slough off of the stress and worry of the day. You’ll drift off to sleep feeling refreshed, and relaxed, and sleep the whole night through. Note that it is best if the exercise is regular, to ensure your body gets used to the pattern. But occasional exercise will still have positive effects, albeit reduced, and is a better option than not exercising at all.”
