    European crotch, hairy thing.

But that spade, those multi-nipples, and claws on the right hand says mid werewolf transformation or she's just wolf hybrid who go the short end of the stick by having a totally human face and much less fur. Maybe she can control her transformation completely and is just playing around with her body.

There are a bunch of subtle signs of early stages of a transformation. Besides the ones you mentioned: lengthening vellus hair, visible on the arm and shoulder, and already darkening into a chest tuft. A crease in the philtrum and upper lip, a slightly darker pink tip of the nose, and general nose shape. If you could see her ears, they would be slightly pointed.

Inspired by microchimerism, where non-viable foetal stem cells, removed from the womb into the blood, then normally killed by the immune system, can sometimes sneak past, and seamlessly integrate into the body. What if the same thing happened with werewolves, but they could prioritize? Changing the reproductive system first, to ensure fertility. Stopping the viral transformation still leaves a vector open, as she is the first to discover.
