MemberSo the hands and torso is alright for you? Its not a feral, its anthro. Anthro's can have anything that human have, including boobs.
Mushu dragon
MemberReptiles do not feed their young with milk and they do not need boobs.
So fans of adding boobs to all creatures, even those who don’t need them, have reached this site.

MemberIt's also a fantasy creature, which means it doesn't have to apply real world logic XD, nice having both options though, it is all personal preference :D there are some animals in the real world that don't do conventional things that we categorize.
technically speaking if you want to be specific, the description says it's a naga, which in terms of mythology which are human-snake hybrid creatures, which means them having breasts is perfectly valid :P
TerraRaptor
MemberThis is the answer.
Not that it really matters but fwiw I usually draw scalies without breasts *except* nagas because of this reason. I base their origin story on the mythology that they've a human lineage, so the breasts you're seeing are just vestigial (this is why I always draw them as featureless breasts).

MemberYou can really fantasize a lot with imaginary creatures, and I expressed my opinion and view of what is right for me personally.
And I agree about the presence of two options for the picture.
Nocheamante
MemberA reptile/human hybrid who maintains the ability to lactate by definition would be a mammal. Technically she isn't a reptile as mammals can grow scales too. There, problem solved.

MemberI was wondering when this beauty would reappear. She's so sexy.

MemberI see nagas as a hybrid of a woman and a snake. They have all the sexual traits of the woman so our brains would find them attractive. The elegant figure, wide hips, a hood that resembles long hair and similar face features to a human. The breasts as a cherry on top to really make us say "would". XCOM 2 concept artists used that with great success for their Vipers. Plus, both is good with or without breasts tho I lean toward breasts with nipples even.
I do enjoy the human and naga loving here a lot. With nice touch on the worldbuilding what nagas are like when you date them. Tho, I don't doubt there are nagas that treat the humans more equally and aren't so prideful. The diversity of personalities makes things better. I'm impressed how well she was generated with quite unique design and scale patterns. She could have been a proper character if she got a ref.
