The Velari is known for their sleek furry appearance with avian traits, are a rarity in the Imperium's xenophobic realm. Possessing an extraordinary resistance to the Warp's corrupting influence, they can withstand extreme Warp conditions and even mildly dampen its chaotic energies, making them invaluable in Warp-related operations.

Discovered during an Imperial campaign in a Warp-infested zone, the Velari, despite the Imperium's deep-seated xenophobia, found a precarious niche due to their unique capabilities. They serve as a crucial assets in navigating Warp storms and containing daemonic threats, a role that has earned them a grudging acceptance, though surrounded by deep suspicion.

Tragically, the Velari are a dwindling race, having lost their homeworld to a catastrophic event linked to the Warp. Now scattered across the Imperium, their numbers are slowly diminishing, adding an aura of mystery and melancholy to their presence. The Imperium's reliance on their abilities is a stark contrast to the Velari's own struggle for survival and identity in a galaxy where they are viewed with distrust and fear.

The Velari's past is shrouded in mystery, marked by the loss of their homeworld to an event that remains a subject of speculation and rumor. Some whisper of a cataclysmic Tyrranid invasion, while others suggest a more mysterious cause linked to the Warp. Sub species (genetic mutation)- Infernix

After catastrophic warp event occurred on the Velari home planet the majority of population evacuated, but few stayed. The few that stayed to rebuild and populate slowly acquired demonic traits, due to warp corruption. Only some traits developed due to their natural resistance to the corruption. But long-term exposure did cause some prominent mutations.

Prominent mutations-
1.Horns
2.Slitted eyes/ black sclera
3.Thinner tails with black tips. (Some cases spaded tips)

Colors of the body, fluff, and feathers of Infernix are abundant in their dwindling species, but as for the colors of their nether regions, tongue, and irises will always be the same color, many have speculated these correlates with a natural predisposition and personality but has not been wholly confirmed.

Color- white with black spots.
Features- fluffy feathery neck tuft, ass feathers, long thin tail with a black spade on the end, nipple less, small breasts, elbow and leg tufts, slim, 2 horns on each side of the head, 5 fingers with long nails, 3 toes, small beak, purple tongue/private parts.

Bio:

The purple colors Demonica presents is assumed to be tied to her dominant nature. She has to be the one in control and doesn't like being given orders or told what to do. She's very intelligent and gets things done. She also presents a very possessive behavior towards things she owns or thinks she owns. Which has led to numerous problems. When she is under constant stress from her job or has spent a prolonged time chirping orders or has spent too long in an authoritative position without breaks, her perverted dark nature starts to take over. She loses her sense of reason which kind of turns her into a dominating force of lust. She has several reports of sexual misconduct both on the male and female side, which has led her to be put in isolation from time to time, while in isolation you can hear her crying chirps, but her eyes always give the feeling of no regrets. Being called her office and to close the door will be either be a grace from the gods or a harrowing experience, or on very rare occasions recognition for your efforts.

Job:

Demonica is a high-end official/officer for a military group for hire called Arcane Phoenix. She is charge of her own battalion. She is quite young for the position she holds; some believe her high intellectual properties landed the job along with her strategic aptitude she honed when she was younger. Then there are those that assume she flew through the ranks by sleeping her way to the top by dominating higher ups and sexually exploiting them, but the higher brass doesn't say a word, and her actions in the field only solidify why she holds her position.
