I'd like to introduce you all to one of my OCs, Tempest! She is a shapeshifter and will probably appear as any number of species, but her dragon form will probably be most prevalent.
I'm open to it if anyone wants to use her in their own creations/artwork, but please check with me before posting. I'm pretty open ;) Other reference material is available.
