During the throes of the Great Depression, numerous "Tijuana Bibles", unauthorized pornographic comic books featuring beloved cartoon characters, were in circulation. When made aware that his own characters were among them, the creator of the classic "Amialido Amdodo" shorts initially found it odd that his flagship duo, Amialido the armadillo and Shielle the porcupine, would be someone that people would want to see the sex lives of. In 1932, he decided to draw some explicit images of them himself anonymously, reportedly saying after they were traced to him, 'If people want to see how much Lido and Shelly love each other, who am I to judge?"

I randomly made these characters goofing around testing DALL•E's capabilities at first (not with this specific image obviously), but decided to hang onto them.
