A heaving slab of mutated rage, the Spinebrute is one of Tiamat’s spawn: a failed attempt at intelligence left to rot and harden into a living wrecking machine.
It doesn’t aim. It doesn’t plan. It charges.
Lined with twitching eyes that see only motion and a skull fused into jagged bone armor, the Spinebrute identifies threats by sound and silhouette. The moment it locks on, it emits a deafening roar and lunges forward with catastrophic momentum. Its only instinct is to crash headfirst into whatever moves.
