Round 2 for this piece to improve quality - fixed the pink around the eyes and teeth by re-inpainting at 1280x1280 to maintain situational context (picked some more distinct pupils while at it), then re-upscaling, and to get rid of upscaling seams did a 2560x2560 low-strength denoise pass.
