Beer-saurus (pivo-saurus/пивозавр) t-shirt
In the summer of 2021, a meme T-shirt with a dinosaur holding two mugs of beer in its paws became a real hit.
It is not known exactly who and when came up with the idea to combine the words “beer” and “dinosaur”. And certainly not to make a crazy collage out of this combination. T-shirts with this print have existed for many years. But, for a long time they were not popular, and they were worn only by old men “over 40” who were far from memes.
The trend for Beer-saurus T-shirts appeared in December 2020. It was then that users of Twitter and other social networks either ironically or seriously started wearing such clothes. Apparently, it all started as a joke. And in the end, it became a popular meme.
I started attending university in 2021 and saw hallways filled with people wearing those t-shirts. Every year their number decreased and now it is very rare to see a person wearing such a T-shirt.
