create implication slim_female (351) -> slim (3543)
create implication slim_feral (0) -> feral (21138)

Reason: Aliasing skinny -> slim since they're essentially used for the same thing. This was also proposed on e621 and personally I agree with this. The implications for slim were missing, so this also adds those.

Reason: Part 2

I agree both slim and skinny generally refer to the same concept and it makes sense to alias them. Is there a reason to prefer slim to skinny though? Danbooru uses skinny: https://danbooru.donmai.us/wiki_pages/skinny?z=2

Although either one seems viable and we don't have to follow what other sites do, from an AI training perspective anything we can synchronize on would make future models training on booru datasets understand that concept better.

My first thought was that slim (~3.5k posts on the top of that page) is already used more than skinny (~500 posts) so the user/tagging preference was already there, and then I saw the e621 thread where they were going to prefer slim as well so going that way allows a bit more consistency between the e6 sites, and then one last maybe debatable thought is that slim/overweight are like the "more appropriate" (idk if more appropriate is the right wording) versions of skinny/fat, and we of course use overweight and not fat (fat is aliased to overweight) so in that same vein, slim seemingly matches that type of context better than skinny.
