Topic: Pixai models

I dunno if I picked the right category for this, but I use Pixai to generate my Ai art and I was wondering if anyone who uses this site know about a model that makes the characters look less juvenile. I mainly use Haruka v2: https://pixai.art/model/1861558737426484240-Haruka-v2

It is good, but sometimes make my characters look young and sometimes I hesitate to post an image here because of the character young appearance or it gets deleted for that reason, I'm kinda struggling to judge it too young, you know the line between cute and young is sometimes not so obvious for me. With this model, I also tried to change the prompt to make the characters look older, for example I tried to add: not young, no minor in the main prompt and to add: young, minor in negatives, but no avail. I've found two models that have potential and that aren't so bad so far:

1-Kageillustrious (Illustrious XL): https://pixai.art/model/1857839921009734802-Kageillustrious-Illustrious-XL

2-Oops! All Furries: https://pixai.art/model/1851187412838996401-Oops-All-Furries

The models must be compatible with LoRAs that mainly have a base model of Illustrious-XL-v1.0.

Also, don't tell me to change site to generate AI Art because I don't want to use a paying site, this one is free and I think it isn't so bad.

I've been testing it with this LoRA: https://pixai.art/model/1922538917962332111-gomamon

Hello!

I have not use any of the model you mentioned, so hard to compare, but one I can recommend would be:
Nova Furry : https://pixai.art/model/1919753959213530928-Nova-Furry-XL-Illustrious-v110
That model lean a little more toward the mature side of a character compare to other models.

But, of course, it mostly depend on what you prompts.

You should avoid using negation in the prompt, since models are not trained on what they don't see from an image, but trained on what they see.
Example : "not young" will often result in the reverse of what you want.
Since the model don't know what "not" is, but know what "young" is, so it will ignore "not" and focus on "young".
Not 100% exactly how it works, but avoid using negation such as "not", "no" and etc.
This is why there is a negative prompt, you should add those tags there.

There are some exceptions where negation can help, but it is because it is a known tag that models has been trained on.
Example : "no bra" => Images in which a character with breasts is not wearing a bra under other clothing where it would be expected.

As for what to add in the negative prompt to help, could add the most commons young tags : young, teen, child, toddler, baby, cub, loli, shota, underage,
(Most likely don't need them all, but won't hurt as well)

If your prompt contain any word to indicate something is small, it tend to also make a character smaller (so often younger).
Not always true, and not always by a lot, but something to keep in mind (the reverse apply as well if you have any word to indicate something is big).

There is also the "mature" tag ("mature male", "mature female", etc) that can help to make a character more mature.

As for what you said: "I'm kinda struggling to judge it too young, you know the line between cute and young is sometimes not so obvious for me."
Well..., this isn't obvious to anyone since it is very dependent on each person.
Someone telling you that "X" is young when you just find it "small and cute" does not indicate that you are wrong or they are wrong.
Especially on imaginary species.

But, well, worst thing that happen if you upload something considered too young for e6ai is that it is simply deleted.
(Which you probably know by now, looking at your deleted posts)
It sucks a little, but, it is not the end of the world.
