Just asking, wouldn't something like muscular_arms be more than enough? Why would you want to specifically highlight the brachium?

because "arm" is both the upper and the whole arm for tattoos .

There's like no other name for a tattoo only on the upper part of the arm. I had the same problems with scute*. So now I'm just dissecting tags to create a hierarchy of <bodyparts> that will be the same for all <something>_<bodypart>

You've got your implications backwards, and the "root" tag should always be the simplest one.
Also big and huge are different size definitions when it comes to tagging. huge always implies big, but not vice-versa.

That new version as way less impact to be honest, but it has been fixed?

I'm starting to think that big_* tags should be disambiguated.
