remove implication furred_dragon -> dragon

As noted in the furry diffusion discord server, furred_dragon ends up implying scalie through a chain of implications, even though scalies have scales (there are some contentious counter-examples, but it may be better to treat these as manual tags and not automatic ones).
Additionally, furred_wyvern does not similarly implicate wyvern.
