The text displayed is too "obscured and low quality" that it simply doesn't pass for approval.
This just seems to be a misunderstanding.
Since the watermark is intentional the post has been returned to the gallery.
I added the watermark tag to the image as well and if you are going to continue adding joke watermarks please include that tag.
