Since some directors may be ESL (English as Second Language) trying to keep message(s) on shorter side.

Here is the draft i have so far:

Hi, your artworks looks amazing and I would love it if your art was at e6ai.net (a furry art board), for fellow art-fans at e6ai to enjoy:
a) I am hoping you have time to upload your art to e6ai
and
b) I want to upload some of your art (your public art) to e6ai.net/, but first I wanted to check if you're ok with that.
You will be credited as the artist (aka director) with links back to your original post.

If you do get a e6ai account, keep in mind that everyone "Must wait seven days after registration" to upload posts (ie. art)

If you don't want your stuff being posted there you can apply for do-not-post (here at https://e6ai.net/wiki_pages/avoid_posting#get_dnp ) which would result in your artwork being removed (from e6ai) automatically.
