Just noticed how limited I was... and some of my posts are pending approval from many weeks ago. What delays that? Can I somehow delete some to get some slots back? And why hasn't some been approved?

In my experience, it is mostly the posts that look somewhat "young" that are just left pending forever, because no potential approver wants to be responsible for approving them.

On e621 it says that you may pm a mod/janitor when one of your posts is nearing auto-deletion. I guess the same applies here. At least that's what I'm doing after 3 weeks or so, when one of my posts is left pending.

Honestly I only had one that could be mistaken for that, and they deleted it. And everything else is sort of up to interpretation maybe. Guess I'll have to reach out to one.

When your posts are deleted they will permanently affect your slots. Had some images I removed to upload better versions of at a later time and they do in fact work to decreasing your upload limit.

I do that all the time when I missed some flaw or detail and notice only after uploading. That's why my limit will never go up. I would still invest the time and effort to improve some bad eyes or fix missing tails in my early posts, if there wasn't this terrible system in place.

I start be annoyed by noticing that the approver is usually the same from months, and pictures that get lot of ups and fave, still wait to be aproved. It smells like that is approved only the thing that that one approver likes. And that is not fair.
It can be that a good and perfectedly fine picture maybe with many likes, can be deleted just because no one of the approvers look at it.

What needs to be understood, is that the main purpose of e6ai is to be a buffer for e621 so that AI slop doesn't get there (or at least limit the ammount of it).
That's why nobody cares about developing it, it only really has to stay online to serve that function.

As for the same approver - yeah Lance is carrying the brunt of approving all the slop that doesn't cross any rules (though it's still beyond me why all the identical low effort slop of ulfur is getting approved - guess approving in thumbnail mode doesn't show the lack of effort of the slop) . Shadowstones and Draco18s usually approve whatever was left behind. Approval waves happen every 2-3 days, which might be on purpose because, what's the point of constantly shoveling in all the slop if nobody would even lok at it? Just let is stay in pending state for a few days to let it marinate in the upvotes/favs so that people actually see the images.

What's also important, is that e6ai is stricter in regards to young and realistic feral content (compared to e621). It's more likely that your posts in those topics will not get approved (from what i see, you have several Ralsei pics unaproved - isn't he like 13 canonically?). From what i heard, the reason for this, is that law regarding AI can change anytime, and e6ai (as a AI site) doesn't want to deal with lawsuits regarding collection of 'illegal' material that can be used to train 'illegal AI models'. If you ever want to upload questionably underage characters then make them look less "childlike" i guess.

On the other hand, if you're sure that your uploads are not in "problematic" territory - just sent Draco18s (Acro,Dr.) a PM on Discord, and he will approve selected posts for you quite quickly (late EU/early US hours).

As for trying to replace your posts when you spot mistakes - Just make sure to thoroughly check the image for any significant errors. Even i can miss some error in my uploads sometimes, but it's honestly just skill issue.

For the ralsei ones, i try to make it cute but not too young. Canonically his age never revealed, but he is a prince of his own realm, his is more than a young man than a children. Different thing is asriel not in godmode. So ralsei can have the appareance of a 19-20. In the game there are many "dating like" moments, so is more than a children, as the game developers dont want do that kind of things wiyh underaged characters. So in any case, ralsei never is under the age of 16, so at least is a teenager, but never under that, as romance is more than intended.

And anyway there are already lot of Ralsei Naked/explict pictures, i just try to make it more accurare about his fluffynes.

Hey man, you posted an image i generated and tagged me as arahderg, i went on and fixed it. Name's just Arah.

It’s seems only one people approves images last time. I think is too hard to do that work alone with hundreds of new images especially if you see approver favorites, he likes cute females but he checks a content that is too different from cute females, making that process less fun. I think that should be more approvers with different tastes, so someone specialize on cute females because he has more raised feeling on that content, another one specializes on manly content because he likes feeling strong man power rather than cute females and etc. It’s should be less work and more enjoyment for approvers.

I have the problem that draco has watersports in his blacklist, so i need somebodyelse that can approve that.

Well, then you can only hope that Lance might catch it in his approval waves, regardless, it's still better to ask Draco if you have some old unapproved posts

Still, you can just ask him if he can approve the blacklisted content. I dunno what he'll do since I never uploaded such content myself

Site badly needs more people to help run it.

I've given up doing tags when there's too many images being uploaded, taking time to do 100 in a day for 500 more images to pile up ontop of that the next... often people just uploading their entire batch of the same prompts instead of picking the best one of the lot, copy/pasting the tags onto all of them at their own convenience when frequently they're wrong.

Site needs stricter upload guidelines, there's far too many lazy people not even doing the bare minium often with wrong tags just to circumvent the "requirement" to upload... like a certain uploader with their Mouse character...

It's no surprises why PENDING images are automatically getting deleted after 30 days.

I noticed that Lance skips half of my uploads, while the rest upproves Draco18s. I tried not to spam with the same species and tried to upload the best picture from hundred generated. Also the janitor may have tasks on IRL, so he don't have that much time for site. Also notice how many janitors on e621 and how many on e6ai.

Seriously though I've been waiting a month or 2 for some of mine to be approved yet again.

Maybe decreasing the upload of pictures in a hour to 10 for all, reduce the people who submit like spamming.
And let the right space to who upload well made pictures. Many of the pics i post are two or more pictures blended and fixed with small edits, not just click to made and post.

I'm 90% sure that your current uploads won't be approved because half of them looks like cub which is strictly prohibited here, and the other half is early/glitchy ai videos with very realistic ferals which is also not accepted here

Anyway one of them is just LEGS, and is questionable rated :/

Ralsei is not a cub, is more like a teenager, it looks like a 19yo maybe a 16 if you pull but legs and arms are not the size of a cub at all. Also idk how i can fix that,he is very cute by the design, i dnk how make it more "adult" like, is cleary a femboy

They're not meant to be cub. Occasionally I just wanted a fraction of a certain proportion, using the term midget can get that. Or upping the feral.
Where does it say videos aren't allowed? What ai video isn't glitchy? Not everything needs to be porn, (or even perfected porn) hence the rating scale. People should be able to upload ai videos if they want. If not, disable it.

We could probably use some extra mods.

Is realistic seriously against the rules? I see it all the time, and someone took down some of my best ones... and thy were animated.
