How hard is it to sort by fucking date - ascending?

that's not necessarily true. some posts are probably harder to make a decision about, while some are obvious approvals/rejections. getting the easy ones out of the way is a more efficient use of time than only doing them sequentially and it doesn't hold up approving or rejecting the ones that are clear.

To me, it almost feels like the mods are actively discouraging uploads simply because of the lack of approvals. There’s pics from a month ago that still haven’t been approved, nearly 5 whole pages worth of pending uploads. Combine that with a lot of newer accounts having the upload limit, and it means not a whole lot is going to be uploaded except by the chosen few who have no upload restrictions.

my account got approved 5 days ago and so far i haven't felt like it was too much of a problem (and i am catching up on a backlog of generations).

i looked at the unapproved posts sorted by date - there are 5 pages in total and 1 1/2 of those are 3+ days old so a pretty small percentage of the total has been waiting an extended amount of time to get approved. of those, a pretty good chunk of them look pretty young, another decent sized chunk are small sets of small variations on some theme. ref: https://e6ai.net/posts?page=1&tags=status%3Apending+order%3Aid
