The bulk update request #936 is active.

change category anima_(model) (8) -> meta

Reason: Anima is a new anime-styled model. It's smaller than SDXL models so more computers can run it, but it uses the Qwen vision-language model instead of CLIP so it can do some advanced things better than SDXL like legible text. People have already started using it and uploading images from it.

Since it's a model it should be a meta tag like other models. Since meta still isn't available on the standard category change list we need a BUR to change it.
