I think it would be an excellent move for the e6ai community to ignore Bad Dragon products. Perhaps the loss of some revenue will help them realize that the decision was a mistake.

PixAI switched their policy a while back to limit the NSFW content on their website by making it so that only the publisher can view the content. I still have the account for anyone who would want to see some of the more tame content that I've generated in the past. The comic unfortunately cannot be fully published there.

Like many others I have found that I prefer this site over the regular e621. I didn't know bad dragon owned this. Guess I shouldn't be surprised. Its been a while but I remember getting a warning from e621 admins after talking about some quality control issues I had with 2 of Bad dragons products. They were going to ban me for a simple remark. Wasn't even a negative remark. Sad to see this go but at this point in life I'm used to disappointment.

I will definitely miss the site, AI or not there was alot of awesome images to peruse and download. the staff are great and kept this site very clean and manageable with the abundance of AI generated images. im not going into the real/AI artist debate, each has its own pros and cons. I liked what I liked, the same as everyone else. we all have our interests. sad to see this site go, I really enjoyed seeing new images daily and seeing what was possible with AI generation for the furry community. RIP e6AI :(

I would completely disagree with the e621 being as bad as InkBunny. Not only is that stuff not blocked by default like it is on e621, the tagging flagging those posts is awful on Inkbunny. I swear, I put together a blacklist with 15 different tags all trying to block that content and I was still unable to escape it. People aren't tagging their posts properly, there's a million different tags for young characters people use, and there's little enforcement. There's a reason people side eye people that promote InkBunny, even if the reality is not as bad as it's been made out to be. It's been made worse because of their admirable position of allowing nearly anything, so all the "worst" has flocked there.

according to the news post on e621, they will continue to disallow AI art on the site, so no I dont think anything from here will be incorporated into e621. the whole point of shutting down e6AI is BECAUSE of the AI generated images. putting them on e621 defeats the purpose of shutting down this site. it might as well stay up.

I'll be looking into it, but putting up a booru isn't too difficult since they're open source. There's plenty of random threads on 4ch that have their own booru made for only a couple users. Anyone can fork e621 or philomena (which makes pawbooru's clunkiness even more perplexing). Not much that would need vibe coding other than the scraper/importer.
Renting the servers, security, management and moderation are the problems that'll never go away. We'll see how it goes.

Rule34 is for rule34 aka material one's meant to jerk off to. Although there's lewd stuff in much of the comic, my focus is on the goofs. I don't consider whether it's hot at all, which reflects in e6ai's upvotes that heavily prioritize porn starring a human_male.
Oglaf, a well made comic which also technically has porn in it, doesn't get a whole lot of attention from r34 despite having novel jokes and being from an actual artist. Something like that but AI-generated and with pictographic dialogue that needs deciphering would basically be ignored. Don't know if sfw pictures such as post #188194 would be allowed on there either, nor why I would even bother the masturbating userbase by uploading them.
Also I'd really rather not contribute to the 3.6 million (Jesus Christ) AI images clogging up their servers.

I checked the site a couple months ago. The latest posts had five (5) pages of one guy posting the same novafurry prompt and seed with only the character tag changed, and they weren't uploaded that same day either meaning it wasn't just someone catching the mods sleeping. The images were clean enough to go up on e6ai but I don't see why I would bother browsing through a place like that, especially considering it's poorly optimized and with a clunky design. My browser hardware acceleration is off to save a GB or two of VRAM, and the site stutters heavily when scrolling.
Also they have a special section in the rules that says "extreme content like pregnancy may or may not be deleted dunno if i feel like it tee hee :P". Might as well put up a sign banning me specifically.

I originally created the Discord because the upload guidelines here were so strict and I wanted to share all of my gens. I'll keep posting most of my work on Discord for now, but I'll also look for alternative sites once e6ai goes offline.

I hope someone else takes up the torch and hosts either a copy of this site, or atleast a spiritual successor with similar quality standards. One of the best things about this site is that everything on it is PEAK quality. Sorry to the artists/creators/directors, pick your word flavor, that it has burned over the short years because of those standards though.

This is just 3wolfmondai. No LORAs. On the previous Krystal post I used Red-fox-the-real-one-epoch12. It's very hit and miss on results though. I run locally using comfyui. And of course, some manual touch ups in GIMP. Especially with slit pupils one of the eyes usually gets messed up.
