    I drew on some irl premise for if unused venom matters or not, looking at captive venomous snakes that never use their venom. Far as I could tell, nothing especially interesting happens, it simply gets reabsorbed and replaced. I think most adult nagas would just view their venom (and by extension ability to bite) as a last resort / for emergencies.

    Real adult snakes use it as a last resort too. Venom creation is biologically VERY expensive. I'd image due to their human level intellect, they'd be even less likely to use it due to significantly better threat assessment over their feral counterparts.

    As for captive snakes it would take many decades to begin to see any evolutionary trait modifications even though some reptiles tend to evolve faster.

    Any species can be a futa, they just have a hermaphroditic slug or worm ancestor somewhere deep in the family tree. They're written down as Female (Slug Ancestry) in official CodaCorp documents which means they're allowed in the female-only district, partially because it's manimals being silly and partially for eugenics reasons by CodaCorp.

    Futas are also relatively rare. If the cat got caught both having a penis and being flat-chested, he'd get mocked, harrassed, called a boy, etc by his delinquent peers. Eventually an opportunist bully would surely decide to do a forced gender reveal in front of the class.
    The cat has learned to be risk averse and would rather avoid attracting any attention whatsoever, though his new crush has gotten him acting a bit reckless. That's why he had to "befriend" Sofonda and stop her from gossiping about his lack of assets.

    Also, everyone is at least slightly face blind when it comes to other species if they don't have any distinctive fur markings, like how no one can tell the rats apart. Similarly, no one would be able to tell the siamese from his non-identical twin sister or even another siamese of a similar build and hairstyle, but a fellow feline could figure out he's a guy if he hanged around one long enough, which is what happened with the grey lynx when they first met.
    Boobs give him some plausible deniability at least, but he still has to keep his distance from other cats. He's lucky both of the lynxes are sexually confused by him and actively try to avoid staring at his nerd face, otherwise he'd get got.

    Considering there is only one flintlock mechanism on that pistol, does it only fire one barrel and the rest are for decoration/intimidation? Or are all the barrels set up to fire together like a chain reaction?
