● Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property or any other rights of any person or entity.
● Violates the legal rights (including without limitation, the rights of publicity and privacy) of any person or entity, or include any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under any applicable laws or regulations or that otherwise may be in conflict with these Terms of Use, our Code of Conduct, or our Privacy Policy.
● Is likely to deceive any person or entity.
● Violates any applicable laws or regulations, or promotes, advocates, or assists any illegal activities.
● Causes annoyance, harassment, or needless anxiety to real individuals, or is likely to upset, embarrass, harass, or annoy any person or entity outside of consensual fantasy roleplay contexts.
● Restricts or inhibits any other user’s use of the Website, or harms us or other users.
● Impersonates any person or misrepresents your identity or affiliation with any person or entity, or gives the false impression that you emanate from or are endorsed by us or by any other person or entity, if this is not the case.
● Involves unsolicited commercial activities or sales, including without limitation, any contests, sweepstakes, or other sales, advertising, or marketing activities or promotions not authorized by us.
For clarity, we permit User Contributions involving explicit fantasy themes, including but not limited to non-human or anthropomorphic art, roleplay, and text-based scenarios that may include contentious elements, as long as they are clearly presented as fictional and do not violate any laws, promote real-world harm, or involve non-consensual interactions among users. 10. Intellectual Property Infringement Policy
Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement
We take claims of copyright infringement seriously. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law.
If you believe any materials accessible on or from the Website infringe your copyright(s), you may request removal of those materials from the Website (or access to them) by submitting a written notification to our designated copyright agent identified below.

MemberMy sense is this. What we call anthropomorphic foxes or horses or dogs or cats or other such bipedal beings that populate this site aren't anthropomorphic animals, but are zoomorphic humans. In other words, humans that have been altered to have traits similar to some cute (or sexy) animals. If you look at them you can tell the base being is human, so I don't think the subject couple is in violation of Leviticus ch 18.
On another note, aside from mostly being about not having sex with relatives, Leviticus ch 18 also forbids you from having sex with a girl who's mensurating... Come on! We've all gotten drunk with our significant other at the wrong time of the month and the only harm was to our sheets! *sigh* Take it as you will.

MemberHumans are also animals. A technicality and not at all the intent of the meaning of the word "animal" in that verse, but worth noting I think. Genetics, anthropomorphic vs zoomorphic, ect doesn't really matter to me. Different creators have different canons for anthros existing (if they have one at all). For me, if it passes the Harkness Test it's all good in my book.
Does it have human level intelligent (or greater)? Yes, she's reading a book, so that probably puts her above average human intelligence. The number of people who don't/can't read anymore is astounding.
Can it talk or otherwise communicate with language? She probably can speak, foxes are very vocal, but can't be certain from this one pic. But if she can read and comprehend written language, then almost certainly she has the intelligence to communicate in writing and body language. Probably passes this test.
Is it of sexual maturity of it's species? Uncertain. To my eye she appears to be based on other foxes mercrantos has made, but since they're not going at it in this particular picture, this part of the test isn't really relevant. She doesn't seem to be in duress and is consenting to couch cuddles and happily reading, so everything seems copacetic to me. No moral problems here!
