            This heat is driving me crazy. Only cold kvass saves!

            Pour two teaspoons of dry yeast with boiled water into a 3-liter jar, mix everything with 5-6 tablespoons of sugar and put a couple of slices of bread and dry bread. You wait 3-4 days until everything starts to ferment. Then you remove the starter for further use or put it in a new way, and pour the kvass itself into bottles and let them stand for a couple more days in the light (just not in direct sunlight), then you send these bottles to the refrigerator and let them brew for another couple of days. It makes me laugh a little that I'm describing a recipe for kvass here, but come on :D
