Breast envy describes when a character is visibly envious of or made anxious by another character's breasts in comparison with their own. This can also apply to a character that is visibly uncomfortable or anxious about the size of their own breasts compared to others' breasts in general, rather than by a specific character.

Typically the envious character has smaller breasts than the character they are envying (this doesn't necessarily mean they have small breasts, however). The target of their envy may be completely oblivious to the angst their breasts are causing, they may try to console the other character, or they may be smug about it, or even taunt the envious character.
