high-angle view

When the viewpoint of the image is coming from a little higher than where the subject is, like you're standing taller than them.

Note: this tag is often used for the view of a character at a diagonal angle (a little to the side) and moderately above them. Contrast to bird's-eye_view which is usually directly above them looking straight down at them.
