medium penis

A penis that is somewhere between small penis and big penis.

Medium penises are bigger than the size of a finger or the width of a hand like the upper threshold for small penis, but are not so big that they go past the navel like a big penis (up to reaching it) or go beyond the width of two normal hands.

Note that furry art typically has bigger penises than real life, so what would be considered big in real life may be tagged medium on e621. For example, the right-most example image looks quite big due to the framing, but this is the biggest it can be while still being classified as medium, since it does not go past the navel. Plus, with the hand on the right, it is clear that the hand would take up over half of the penis if it was placed on the penis.
