foreskin

See Help: Ratings for more info.

Umbrella tag for any post that features foreskin. Tag posts with retracted_foreskin, partially_retracted_foreskin, or unretracted_foreskin as appropriate.

Humanoid

Foreskin (also known as prepuce) is a loose fold of skin that covers the glans of a penis; it is a continuation of loose skin that covers the entire penis and scrotum (which is part of the balls).

Non-Humanoid

The foreskin tag is usually used for humanoid penises. It is not to be confused with the tag sheath used for animal_genitalia. For foreskins found on non-humanoid penises, consider the hybrid_penis tag.

Circumcision

When a penis had its foreskin removed, it is considered circumcised and may have a circumcision_scar.

Frenulum

In more detailed artwork, the frenulum connecting the foreskin to the underside of the glans may be visible. A frenulum may still be present if the penis lacks foreskin.

Foreskin should only be tagged if it is clearly visible. In cases where it is difficult to tell whether the penis lacks a foreskin or does have it, tag neither foreskin nor any of its subtags. Don't tag circumcised unless there's enough detail to tell that the foreskin has been removed.
