    Because "stomach" implies it automatically. People incorrectly add "stomach" tag because it should only be used where the internal stomach organ is visible. In this image and similiar ones "midriff" (flat) should be used instead (or "belly" in chubby/overwegiht cases). I'll fix it since i have bulk tagging permissions
