Description

A simple visual representation that velari ears are not 'solid' like on mammals and in fact just feather tufts. So when ear rubbing a velari - you can split it down to individial feathers!

    Heh, it's funny, but when I created my own velari, I didn't know about it, and in the end she got a pair of cat-like ears... Oops :)

    I think I mentioned it on their wiki/LoRA page, but it's just a suggestion more than anything. They are an open species, so everyone is free to change traits for their own characters as they see fit 👍
