This is Phyasrisulis Ch'talahur.
His species is 'Mitzuko', which means 'Lionwolf' in the language of the first humans to find his tribe, but he's not a hybrid. His kind just has traits of both species.
His mane and tail are usually flicking and flowing like fire, and his kind can focus to set them aflame, which also makes his bite hot enough to melt steel.
